Refund Process

Return Shipping

- Faulty/damaged items: We cover return costs
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange (subject to availability).

Exceptions

We cannot offer refunds for:
